  2. These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through the carpycast.com e-commerce website (“Website”). By registering on the Website, consenting to receive our newsletter, and/or placing an order for delivery using any of the described methods, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Purchase.

  3. Completion of your order, confirmed by receiving a delivery confirmation from us, constitutes a distance sales contract concluded between you and KARP-23 Ltd. (“Seller,” “us,” or “we”).

2. Orders

  1. To place an order, you must be of legal age and have full legal capacity. If you are between 14 and 18 years old, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We cannot accept an order from anyone who does not meet these requirements. By completing an order, you confirm that you meet these conditions.

  2. You can place an order using one of the following methods: via the form available on our website (with or without registration), via email, or by phone.

  3. The main characteristics of each product we sell are presented on the website as a description for each product. Images on the website, showing the appearance of the product (color, shape, and other parameters), may not perfectly reflect the actual appearance due to factors such as display differences affecting color reproduction. Products made of or containing natural materials may also have natural variations, and the appearance may differ between production batches. Products are not pre-assembled.

  4. Once you have made your selection and completed your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email, confirming that we have received your order. After we review your order and verify it is correctly submitted, you will receive a delivery confirmation, which confirms that a distance sales contract has been concluded. We recommend keeping the delivery confirmation and using your order number in future communications with us. The Website allows you to track your order using the unique order number.

  5. During the ordering process, you must provide your first and last name, delivery address, phone number, and email address. This information is necessary to fulfill your order. More information on why we need your data and how and where we use it is provided in our Privacy Policy. If any of your provided data changes, you must inform us to ensure your order is processed correctly without errors or delays.

3. Payment

  1. Each order entails an obligation to pay. The prices of the products you select are listed on the Website. All prices include VAT. The final prices, including any additional services, are displayed before completing the order. Prices do not include fees that may be charged by your payment service provider in connection with the payment for the purchased products.

  2. You can pay for your purchased products upon delivery, in cash via cash on delivery, or by bank card through a POS terminal. The terms and fees applicable to the payment methods are determined by the payment service providers. To use any of these payment methods, you must agree to the terms of use, which are subject to a separate agreement between you and the respective provider, and (if applicable) pay any applicable fees to them.

  3. If you choose to pay for your ordered product before delivery, the amount must be paid after notification that the goods are available for delivery, but no later than 30 days after confirming availability. Otherwise, we have the right to cancel the order, and if the payment has already been received, it will be refunded to you.

  4. We reserve the right to request prepayment of part or all of the amount for orders over EUR 500, as well as in cases where individual clauses are negotiated in addition to these Terms of Purchase.

  5. We reserve the right to change the prices on the Website at any time. You will pay the amount that was valid at the time your order was confirmed.

4. Delivery

  1. We deliver all ordered products within Bulgaria using specialized transport via our trusted partners Econt Express and Speedy, ensuring the products remain in optimal condition until they are handed over to you. We do not accept orders for delivery outside Bulgaria.

  2. The delivery time starts from the day following the dispatch of the delivery confirmation, or, in the case of prepayment of part or all of the amount, from the day following receipt of the payment in our bank account.

  3. If your order contains more than one product, we strive to deliver all products at the same time to avoid unnecessary inconvenience and minimize environmental impact. At our discretion, we may deliver products in several separate shipments at no additional cost to you, in which case we will inform you upon delivery of the first shipment.

  4. Delivery must be accepted personally or by a person expressly authorized by you. Upon acceptance, you must inspect the products for visible transport damage, missing parts, or compromised packaging. Products are delivered disassembled, without wall-mounting hardware (if applicable) and without assembly tools. Acceptance is confirmed by signing our copy of the invoice or another delivery document, where you should note any objections.

  5. The delivery time indicated in the product description on the Website is approximate and depends on product availability at the manufacturer and other conditions. The maximum delivery period is 90 working days. You have the right to cancel your order at any time within this period without incurring additional fees, and we are obliged to refund all amounts already paid for the canceled products.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

  1. In addition to your right to withdraw from the contract and return the order within 14 days of receiving the product, you can return an item within 14 days after delivery by submitting a written request to the provided contact email, including the reason for the return, or by contacting our customer service team via email or phone. You must specify the exact product to be returned and your order number.

  2. You can exercise the right of return if the purchased products are unused and in their original packaging. Products that have been assembled, used, or otherwise damaged (other than manufacturing defects or damage during transport), showing signs of use, improper storage, or torn packaging cannot be returned. To ensure the product has not been used, we may request photos of the product and packaging upon receipt, before and after unboxing. Products made to your individual order cannot be returned.

  3. The cost of returning a product, regardless of its value or the reason for the return, is entirely borne by the Customer. The time frame for sending and receiving the returned product, as requested by the Customer and approved by the Seller, is up to 7 working days. After this period, returned products cannot be replaced or refunded.

  4. Within the same period, but after the product is handed over to our staff, you will receive a refund for the standard delivery fee you paid. Fees for additional services, such as transport from the delivery location to your door, are not refundable.

  5. Regardless of your chosen payment method (cash, bank card, bank transfer, or other), you agree that when exercising your right of withdrawal, the refund will be made by bank transfer to the account you specify and excluding any shipping costs if they were paid by the Seller.

6. Complaints

  1. If the product you purchased has a manufacturing and/or transport defect or does not meet objective conformity requirements, you have the right to file a complaint within a reasonable period after identifying the issue. Complaints can be submitted via the standard written form, by phone, or via email to our contact address.

  2. To review the complaint, we may request that you send photos of the product, its packaging, and labels.

  3. When submitting a complaint, you must specify the subject of the complaint, your preferred method of resolution (if product replacement is not possible), the claimed amount, and your contact details including address, phone number, and email.

  4. When submitting a complaint, the User must attach supporting documents, including:

  5. Receipt and/or invoice, as well as any document proving payment made by the User to the Seller;

  6. Protocols, reports, or other documents confirming the non-conformity of the product with the agreed terms;

  7. Other documents establishing the basis and amount of the claim.

7. Other Provisions

  1. KARP-23 Ltd. reserves the right to amend these Terms. Any changes take effect from the moment they are published on the Website and apply to orders placed after the publication.

  2. These Terms of Purchase are interpreted and applied in accordance with Bulgarian law. If any provision conflicts with mandatory provisions of Bulgarian law, the remaining provisions of these Terms of Purchase remain valid and apply to all orders.

  3. By using the Website and/or placing an order, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

  4. In the event of an attempt by a user to gain unauthorized access to the Website with the intent to copy or modify its content and/or install code that could damage the Website or the computer systems of others (such as viruses or trojans), KARP-23 Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the user’s order, terminate their registration, and deny access to the Website.

8. Compliance with Intellectual Property Laws

  1. By accessing the Website, you agree to comply with the law and respect the intellectual property rights of third parties. Use of the Website is subject to laws regarding the ownership and use of intellectual property.

  2. You agree not to download, display, perform, transmit, or otherwise distribute information or content in violation of the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of third parties. You also agree to comply with laws governing the ownership and use of intellectual property and copyright.

  3. You bear full responsibility for any violations of applicable laws or the rights of third parties caused by any content provided, transmitted, or made available under your username. The burden of proving that any content does not infringe on laws or third-party rights rests solely with you/the Users.

9. Questions, Complaints, and Disputes

  1. If you have any questions or complaints regarding your order, please contact us using one of the methods listed in Section 1, and we will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction.
