We deliver all ordered products through our trusted partners Econt and Speedy within 1 to 4 business days. Each order received is scheduled for production and dispatch within the stated four-day period. In the event of any delay, you will be notified in advance within 1 business day after placing your order.

You can exercise your right of return if the purchased products are unused and in their original packaging. Products that have been used, or in any way have a compromised commercial appearance, have damages (other than manufacturing defects or transport damage), show signs of use, improper storage, or have torn packaging cannot be returned. To ensure the product has not been used, we may request that you send us photos of the product and packaging upon receipt, both before and after unboxing. Products made to your individual order (different from what is offered on our website) cannot be returned.

We offer fixed delivery prices to offices and addresses: • To Speedy office: EUR 3.59 • To Speedy address: EUR 4.99 • To Econt office: EUR 3.99 • To Econt address: EUR 5.99 If the current delivery price at the time your shipment is prepared is lower than the prices listed above, the lower delivery fee will be applied.
